Oliver
Oliver was taken to the hospital on Saturday night. He was trying to let me know that something was wrong, and I listened and responded. He has been diagnosed with a cancerous tumor, and is in intensive care on iv right now.
I am going to visit him at the hospital tonight, and I am praying that he will recover.
Our furry friends impact our lives in so many ways, and my heart aches for those who have gone through a difficult time with illness and loss with their own pets – it is so very hard to remain composed when you know that your best friend is in pain.

Meet Cleo! Cleo was adopted from our local Humane Society when she was 9 months old-and she has not grown a speck since! She is a very little kitty-she gets so cold in the winter that she sleeps under the blankets with us! Cleo enjoys pets and cuddles, chasing after her laser light toy, and watching quails from our windows.

Oliver passed away a few short hours ago. I can't believe it, and I am so very grateful for you making him the cat of the day today. It is so touching for me to know that he was so loved on his last day.
My heart goes out to everyone who has lost a pet – it is unlike any pain, and words cannot describe.
Thank you for giving me a place to grieve so openly, and amongst friends.

My heart & prayers go out to you, Richard. I wish you peace somewhere in the upcoming days. I know exactly how you are feeling having lost a cat myself (albeit 4 years ago).
I hope that you know that Oliver is now at rest & no longer in pain. And find comfort that while he was with you he was incredibly loved.

I am so sorry for your loss. Oliver was lucky to have an amazing owner like you, just as I am sure you were lucky to have such a wonderful cat like Oliver. My heart, thoughts, and prayers are with you both.

I'm so sorry to hear about Oliver. It's amazing how they move in and completely take over your heart. And that's where he will remain…in your heart.
How fitting that your beautiful Oliver was the Cat of the Day today of all days. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. My vet comforted me two years ago with the by reminding me that I had given my loved one the best life he could have ever wanted. It still comforts me to think of that. I'm sure you did the same for Oliver. My prayers will be with you.
I am so sorry for what you are feeling now. I have felt the loss you are feeling many times & will again since I choose to fill my life with these wonderous creatures who give so much in return. It lifts my heart to know you had such deep love for Oliver and I mourn with you.
Aww, I am so sorry to hear that Richard. Bless you both. He is a lovely chap, but if you 'talk' to him, he will hear you! Why not get a little tree/shrub & plant it in memory of him! My cat is Harley who passed a year ago on 25th Sept. I miss him sooo much (there are photos of him on here) =^..^=
I don't know yr beliefs & don't wish to offend, but I know that my Harley is with my Mum & that they are happy & well as they once were here on earth! =^..^= Hope that gives you some comfort.
