Belle is not only a fantastic cat but also, a great friend. I got her about three years ago and she has been with me through thick and thin. She recently had ALL of her teeth removed and couldn’t have handled it better. She is just all around a wonderful kitty.

Dinah is probably the best cat in the world. She is waiting for me at the door every time I come home, which has saved me all the time I would have spent training her to do that! Also, she has recently learned the joys of “spooning” with her human. But she still contends her best naps are taken in my spot on the couch… :)

My gorgeous kittens, Charlie & Suzie back in 1991. They were inseparable. They were so naughty & used to climb up my velvet curtains, you cld see the claw holes in them!lol

Dov, Daily Cat Winner of 10-18-2011

This is Dov, whose full name is Dovid Melech Vincenzo Archer. He and his littermates were tiny orphaned strays; we adopted Dov and our friends adopted his brother and sister (and named them after me and my husband!).

This picture is of Dov on our screened porch – he loves to sit out there in nice weather and watch all the birds, chipmunks, and squirrels outside.

Dov is the most loyal cat we have ever met – he follows us everywhere we go in the house and gives us a bath every morning when we wake up (which is pretty painful because of his rough tongue). I feel bad when I am just running upstairs for a minute because Dov faithfully follows me every time.

Dov’s adopted sister is named Siena; she is just a few months older than Dov and she is also orange and white; I will send a picture of her next time.

My husband says Dov is a spoiled momma’s boy and when I am rocking him and his eyes get all squinty, my husband tells him “Dov! You are supposed to be a predator!” but Dov just snuggles and ignores him.

Valentino (“Tino” for short) is handsome, lovable, and very affectionate. We adopted his mom when she was pregnant, so Tino will always be the baby of the family. Like most babies, he gets away with a lot, but we always forgive him. He loves to play, chase anything that moves, eat as often as possible, and sleep on the sofa. What more could you want — he’s perfect!
